Lead Teacher
Lead Teachers are responsible for the overall operation of the classroom, including maintaining excellence in the environment, daily structure, and instruction. They help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging atmosphere for children while also guiding and supporting Assistant Teachers.
Assistant Teacher
Assistant Teachers support Lead Teachers and Administration in the daily operations of the classroom. They help execute classroom activities and routines while providing additional supervision, care, and support for the children.
Floater
Floaters provide support across multiple classrooms as needed throughout the day. They assist with classroom coverage, transitions, daily routines, and help maintain a safe, organized, and caring environment for both children and staff.
